PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning system which enables a user to freely have a test anywhere by using every possible communication network and judges his or her level. SOLUTION: The communication network (Internet, etc.), is used to achieve physical and labor reduction on a supplier side and the user is able to freely have a test in his or her pace and grasp his or her level.
