PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device for stable single mode. SOLUTION: A photodiode 32 detects light reflected on a mirror M2 after diffracted at a grating 13. The signal representing the quantity of detected light is inputted in a computer 33 through an amplifier 35. The computer 33 controls a voltage applied to a piezo element 34 based on the input signal. An output coupler 11 is moved as the piezo element 34 expands/contracts according to the applied voltage, so that a resonator length of an optical resonator comprising a mirror M1 and the output coupler 11 is controlled.
