PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle antenna system suitable for the reduction of size and weight by shortening an antenna base member 18 in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: A bracket 14 is formed by one member by fixing its both ends on two louvered parts 12a formed on a fixing fixture 12 and a recessed part 24a and a rectangular hole 24b are formed to be away from each other in the longitudinal direction. An engaging projection 28a to be engaged with the recessed part 24a when it is shifted in the longitudinal direction is formed on the antenna base member 18, a lock member 30 is engaged with a rectangular hole 28b by moving it in the approximately rectangular direction of the longitudinal direction in the engaged state and the movement of the member 18 to the fixture 14 is regulated by the engaged lock member 30 in both the longitudinal direction and rectangular direction. The lock member 30 elastically energizes a pair of movable members to be optionally moved in the side direction approximately rectangular to the longitudinal direction in a separating direction by using a compressing coil spring 32, a lock part 30b is formed on the tip part of the member 30 which is to be inserted into the rectangular hole 28b and a depression part 30c for depressing and moving the member 30 against elasticity is provided projectingly from the side part of the member 18.
