PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service arrangement system that arranges services, without the need for notice of users about their positions, service centers such as car dispatching centers and their people in charge. SOLUTION: The service arrangement system is provided with a position information means, that outputs position information including user position information and with a server connected between a user and a service provider, and arranges a service vehicle requested by the user for the user. The server is provided with a response means, a judgement means, a service vehicle selection means and a transmission means. The response means accepts a service request of the user through a communication connection, the judgement means judges a vehicle dispatch request of the service vehicle on the basis of the service request, the service vehicle information means selects the service vehicle dispatched on the basis of the user position information, and the transmission means transmits the position information of the user to the selected service vehicle. The server requires no man-hour or a car dispatch center and works for it.
