PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor which can be easily manufactured, is small-sized and lightweight, does not generate leakage of refrigerant in the motor, is excellent in heat dissipating effect, and can perform heat exchange with high efficiency. SOLUTION: A heat conducting tube having high thermal conduction effect is used. Quality that volume is small, refrigerant is unnecessary or bending is possible and arbitrary connection is possible is utilized. A radiating tube is uniformly installed around a coil or made backlash of silicon steel segments, so that superior heat dissipating efficiency can be obtained. One end of the heat conducting tube is equipped with two kinds of metal plates, i.e., a radiating plate made of metal and a metal plate circulating refrigerant. When the motor is driven, heat is dissipated in the air with the radiating plate, and the refrigerant circulating metal plate dissipates heat with the refrigerant.
