The business identification and number of current account received from user are stored in database managed by a server. When the request for issuing a cyber cheque is received from a user, a cyber cheque marked with unique number, business identifier and amount of money is issued. The cheque information is transferred from storage space assigned to user, to storage space assigned to the payee. An independent claim is also included for cyber cheque issuing system.
