PURPOSE: A method for learning a foreign language using the Internet and a mobile communication service is provided to learn a foreign language by receiving contents of a teaching material through a character message, reading voice information of the contents through a voice message and recording the voice information through a voice recording function using a mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a web server of an Internet language service company through a public switching telephone network or a private line(301). The user registers one's studying contents for using the service(302,303). A charge is calculated and a payment is performed(304). The user is classified in accordance with the registered studying contents(305). Voice studying data and character studying data are manufactured in accordance with the classified kind(306). The manufactured voice studying data and character studying data are transmitted to a voice call box and a memory unit of the user(307). The transmission is informed to the user(308). The user may watch and read the data in a proper time(309,310). The user may record the data through a recording function using a mobile communication terminal(311). The number of connections to the voice call box is counted(312). The user may repeat a studying using the data stored in the memory and the recording data(313).
