The invention relates to a process for preparing a synthetic product disintegrable into the environment, consisting in mixing 92...98% polyolefine with 2...8% lignosulphonate in the presence of 1.5% dispersing agent or cross-linking agent, in a mixer, for 30 min, at the ambient temperature. The mixing operation is continued on the mixing roller for 5...10 min, at a temperature of 145...165 degree C, the resulting mixture is pressed for 5 min, at a pressure of 70 at and a temperature of 165 degree C, thereby resulting a platelike product which is cooled under pressure, at the ambient temperature.
