PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle accident notifying device that automatically notifies a designated place of the fact of accident happening and an accident happening place when the vehicle accident occurs. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a GPS receiver 2 which receives radio waves from GPS satellites a, b and c and detects the self-position of the vehicle, an impact detection sensor 6f detecting impact to the vehicle, and a radio transmitter 4 notifying the designated place of the self-position information of the vehicle detected by GPS satellite receivers a, b and c together with the accident happening when the sensor 6f detects the impact to the vehicle.
