SOLUTION: An input pulse signal inputted from an input terminal IN is inputted to the preset terminal PRE of a flip flop 120 and a delay pulse signal obtained by delaying the input pulse signal by a delay circuit 110 is inputted to the clear terminal CLR of the flip flop 120. The pulse signal of pulse width equivalent to a time difference between the input pulse signal and the delay pulse signal is outputted.</p> |
