<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge account report system for public utility charges, which secures profits of both public utilities and the other enterprises by reducing the work cost required for charging in a public utility enterpriser and increasing the number of network users of a mobile communication enterpriser. SOLUTION: The charge account report system for public utilities, which uses a mobile communication system and an IP network (20), is provided with a mobile communication terminal (6) which a contractor has and a public utilities system which is provided with a customer management and charge processing computer 12, which transmits charge account information of the charge to be paid to the enterpriser of public utilities by the contractor to the mobile communication terminal (6) and a first communication route control means (13). The mobile communication system is provided with a mail server (2), which receives charge account information and converts it to a short message or an electronic mail to transmit it to the mobile communication terminal (6) and a second communication route control means (13).</p> |
