PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute newspaper articles without using any paper. SOLUTION: A joint center 2 is equipped with a data processing means which receives newspaper information showing the contents of newspaper articles supplied from plural newspaper publishing companies and converts the format of the received newspaper information to generate data (newspaper information) for distribution and a distributing means which classifies the distributed data by the same newspaper companies and the same category and distributes them among plural use terminals 3 to provide the newspaper articles for each of the users.
