<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical microphone which has no dead zone and can detect vibration with a wide dynamic range. SOLUTION: Light beams (41, 43, and 45) are projected on the diaphragm of a microphone and their reflected lights are detected by optical detectors (42, 44, and 46), so that a sound corresponding to the vibration of the microphone diaphragm is read out as a light signal. Here, the light beam (43) which has the beam diameter equal to the size of the optical detector (44) on the optical detector (44) is used, the optical detectors which are divided into plural elements are used, and position detection type optical detectors are used as the optical detectors divided into the elements.</p> |
