PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice recording and reproducing device in which connection point noise is not generated at the boundary of frames when it is constituted by combining a VQ(vector quantization) and an analog flash memory. SOLUTION: When a frame waveform being a processing object is to be subjected to a VQ processing, a preceding frame waveform is once reproduced and a waveform which is obtained by overlapping the rear N point of the reproduced waveform on the pertinent frame waveform is made to be subjected to the VQ processing. As a result, the frame waveform can be subjected to the VQ processing without ignoring the correlation between the boundary point of the pertinent frame waveform and the boundary point of the preceding frame and, then, the connection noise can be reduced. |
