PURPOSE: A system for an electronic commercial transaction is provided to enable a user to make new information with respect to a characteristic of a customer and use the information in an electronic commercial transaction by integrally analyzing information of the user from a connection time to a disconnection time on a web site of the electronic commercial transaction. CONSTITUTION: An electronic commercial transaction server(10) is provided for a web page of the corresponding electronic commercial transaction and various managements of the corresponding electronic commercial transaction. A certifying processing unit(12) performs a series of certifying processes if a consumer connects to the server(10) through the Internet network(N). A log analyzer(14) analyzes a web log of a consumer being connected to the server(10). A consumer propensity analyzer(16) analyzes a purchase propensity of a consumer. A consumer DB(22) stores an ID of the corresponding consumer performed by the certifying processing unit(12) and a log-file including the consumer ID, personal information of the consumer, and an action of the consumer on a web. A consumer propensity DB(24) stores information related to the propensity to consume of the consumer. A commodity information DB(26) registers and stores information related to a product.
