PURPOSE: A thermal insulating material for manufacturing sandwich panels preventing the stream-down of a foaming adhesive is provided to prevent the badness in the connection of panels by making the surface of the panels uniform and preventing urethane from streaming out from the connection part between the panels and provide excellent adhesive strength between the insulating material and a steel board or a plywood board. CONSTITUTION: A thermal insulating material for manufacturing sandwich panels preventing stream-down of foaming adhesive includes grooves formed in an insulating board, which is made of styrene foam or glass wool, in a longitudinal direction to stream out urethane remaining after foaming, thereby providing the excellent adhesive strength between the insulating material and a steel board or a plywood board and making the surface of the panels uniform.
