PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the circuit scale and power consumption of an entire device by realizing the correction of compensation data in more simplified configuration. SOLUTION: The power value of a transmission IQ signal is calculated by a calculation part 110, the compensation data stored in an address corresponding to the power value are outputted from a table 114, the compensation data are D/A converted after complex multiplication with the transmission IQ signal and amplified after quadrature modulation, the amplified signal is attenuated and then orthogonally detected, an error from the transmission IQ signal is detected after the A/D conversion of this signal, besides, the power value is approximated by the factorial value of '2' in a conversion part 111, that approximated value is converted to a bit shift quantity in a conversion part 112, the error is bit-shifted corresponding to the bit shift quantity in a bit shift part 121, a correction value is found by multiplying the bit-shifted error by a correction coefficient 118 by multipliers 119 and 120, the correction value and former compensation data through a delayer 115 are added by adders 116 and 117 and new compensation data are stored in a table 114. |
