Latent heat body with latent heat material held within capillary spaces of fibrous material

A latent heat body includes a paraffin-based latent heat storage material held within the capillary-like holding spaces formed within the recesses between the individual fiber elements of a carrier material. A latent heat device may contain a plurality of the latent heat bodies surrounded by a common sheath. Many embodiments suitable for different uses are disclosed, as are methods for production of the bodies.
