The invention relates to a foldable bag-chair to be employed on shopping, fishing, sitting or travelling. The bag-chair comprises two X-shaped metal frames (1, 2) which may be folded by means of some central hinges (3, 4). Some cloth (5) used as a seat or bag and provided with handles (6, 7) attached to the frames (1, 2) by means of some hinges (8, 9, 10 anf 11) is laid over the frames (1, 2) cover all the fives sides.
