APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SUPPLYING HOT WATER BY COMPLETE COMBUSTION OF WASTE

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for supplying hot water by the complete combustion of waste is provided to prevent the generation of noxious gas and minimize air pollution through the complete combustion of waste, while utilizing heat generated during combustion in an efficient manner. CONSTITUTION: A hot water supplying apparatus comprises an incinerator(1) having an air discharge pipe(9) arranged on the inner periphery of the incinerator, and an outer cylinder arranged on the outer periphery of the incinerator to supply hot water; and a noxious gas removing unit(30) having a hot wire for the complete combustion of the noxious gas. The incinerator includes a waste conveying screw(6) arranged at the inner center of the furnace to stir and convey the waste. The conveying screw is constituted by a screw shaft(19) and a screw blade(20), each of which has a hollow space. The screw shaft has a plurality of holes(39) perforated at the portion contacting the screw blade, such that water circulates between the screw shaft and the screw blade. The waste conveying screw is prevented from being heated by the water introduced through a water inlet port(21) formed at the end of the waste conveying screw and flows between the screw shaft and the screw blade. The water heated in the waste conveying screw is discharged through a water outlet port(26) formed at the other end of the waste conveying screw, and mixed with the hot water flowing from the gap between an inner wall and an outer wall(7) of an outer case(2). The mixed water is discharged through a water drain pipe(13).
