METHOD FOR STIMULATING GROWTH OF FISHES USING HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE

PURPOSE: A method for stimulating the growth of fishes using human growth hormone by producing a recombinant expression vector, introducing into yeast, producing recombinant human growth hormone, mixing feed and orally administrating to fishes is provided. Whereby, the feed composition can be effectively used for promoting the growth of fishes. CONSTITUTION: A composition for the growth of fishes contains human growth hormone, a functional equivalent thereof and functional derivatives, wherein the human growth hormone is obtained by directly separating from the pituitary gland, chemically synthesizing or expressing by gene recombination techniques. The functional equivalent is natural human growth hormone and protein containing sequence homology of 60% or more.
