PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of green tire which enlarges the diameter of a second semi-product in producing the second semi-product to eliminate residual internal stress so that it helps binding power between components in a belt and a tread part after vulcanization. CONSTITUTION: The production process of green tire comprises the steps of: (i) jointing an innerliner, a carcass or so on sequentially on a band drum to produce a ring-typed band member; (ii) after inserting the band member into the mold drum of a first mold device(12), jointing bead, a rim cushion, a side wall or so on sequentially to produce a ring-typed first semi-product; (iii) jointing multiple belts and treads on the belt drum sequentially to produce a ring-typed second semi-product; and (iv) after inserting the second and the first semi-product into a shaping drum, jointing them each other to produce ring-typed green tire with an arc type in section.
