PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converter capable of preventing generation of some malfunction in a controller by reducing leak current in module power converting elements. SOLUTION: This power converter includes an insulating means 38 which conducts electric insulation from the ground in mounting a plurality of module power converting elements conducting power conversion on a cooling board and storing them in a housing.
