PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable handling of lamination of weak ceramic green sheets backed by carrier films, elimination of the need for a printing step with conductive paste for formation of a conductor film as a terminal after lamination, and avoidance of a problem of improper printing possibly caused in the printing step. SOLUTION: First terminals 25 positioned on a first end face 24 of a laminate 23 for connection with a wiring board 31 are made of a conductor film, but second terminals 27 positioned on a second end face 26 of the laminate 23 for connection with a mounting component 33 are made of exposed end faces of via-hole conductors 30 for terminal extended from the interior of the laminate 23 down to the second end face 26.
