PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp which can lessen the wiring space of a wire harness to the car body, and a car body fixing structure of the clamp. SOLUTION: Both of a first clamp C1 which has fixed a first wire harness WH and a second clamp C2 which has fixed a second wire harness WH2 are fixed to the car body 1, in condition that the second clamp C2 which has a locking vane 91 to be locked to the flat locking face of a quadrangular frame 5 at the tip of the shank is laid on the first clamp C1 which has a quadrangular frame 5. Locking claws 6 and 7 are projected outside at the brim of a hole 4 bored in a position offset from the main body of a mount. |
