PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair/maintenance service selling system which enables an orderer to select a convenient place and take a repair/maintenance object in there. SOLUTION: The repair/maintenance service selling system includes a reception center terminal 20 at a reception center which provides sale information to a user terminal 10 of the orderer through a network 100, receives purchase service information and delivery agent specification information from the user terminal 10, sends generated orderer identification information, acceptance period information, and delivery period information out to the user terminal 10 and a delivery agent terminal 40 respectively, and sends repair/maintenance instruction information out to a repair/maintenance company terminal 30, and the repair/maintenance company terminal 30 and delivery agent terminal 40 which send and receive information through the network 100. |
