PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized, lightweight filter circuit of low cost. SOLUTION: This filter circuit is provided with a flywheel 32, an electric machine 33, an inverter circuit 34 and a control circuit 41, and receives electric power containing ripples from input terminals 30a, 30b. The flywheel 32 is accelerated when inputted instantaneous power is larger than outputted instantaneous power and decelerated when the inputted instantaneous power is smaller than the outputted instantaneous power, and outputs electric power free from ripples. As a result, the small-sized, lightweight filter circuit of low cost is provided. |
