PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem caused by the fact that a conventional distribution constant-type noise filter cannot consume energy and it becomes a radiation noise generation source since it is constituted only of inductance component and capacitance component, that the noise filter resonates by the connection of the inductance component and the capacitance component and that noise reduction effect in a specified frequency is reduced. SOLUTION: A pair of sheet-like electrodes 1 and 2 having longitudinal directions are laminated through a dielectric 3 and an insulator 4 and they are wound. A resistance body is used for the electrode 2, the electrodes 1 and 2 are formed on a trapezoid where one end part in the longitudinal direction in the electrodes 1 and 2 is set to be a base and the other end part in the longitudinal direction of the electrodes 1 and 2 is set to be an upper side, an input terminal 5 is formed at the base of the electrode 2 and an output terminal 6 is formed on the upper side. Plural terminals 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 are fitted at an end part in the lateral direction of the electrode 1 along the longitudinal direction. The plural terminals 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 are mutually connected to be one ground terminal.
