PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device of a circuit breaker, that can increase reliability of engaging actions between a tripping latch and a tripping trigger, by improving a stopper structure which defines the position of the tripping trigger. SOLUTION: Stored energy of a breaking spring 26 is maintained through the engagement between a tripping latch 11 and a tripping trigger 14. The tripping trigger 14 is in contact with a stopper 16 and blocks the rotation by the additional force of a reverse spring 15. The stopper 16 laminates a low- elastic material 16b through a metallic plate 16a and is tied and fixed to a frame 1.
