PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core/shell-like conductive organic-inorganic composite with a conductive organic polymer coupled thereto uniformly and firmly for yielding a film having good blocking resistance and scratching resistance and a formed product having a good mechanical strength, for example, when combined with a synthetic resin. SOLUTION: Inorganic particles (A) having on the surface of the particles (a) at least one inorganic substance (b) selected from a group consisting of calcium phosphate, potassium titanate, basic magnesium sulfate, calcium silicate, aluminum borate, silica, titanium oxide and alumina becomes a core and a conductive organic polymer (B) becomes a shell.
