PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite cable having a VVF cable for a power cable and a UTP cable for information communication integrally laid beforehand in prospect of future information communication for reduction in possible electrical work and its cost and improved to prevent the UTP cable from suffering an electrostatic induction from the VVT cable, particularly in a general house. SOLUTION: A general-purpose VVF cable 31 with two insulated core wires 36 covered with a sheath 37, and the UTP cable 32 as an information communication cable coupled to the VVF cable 31 by integrally winding with a binding tape 33 around the cables for tightening purpose compose a composite cable 30. The UTP cable consists of unshielded pair-twisted wires built in by inserting a plurality of pair-twisted communication wires with a conductor covered with an insulator through an interior thereof where an electrostatic shield layer is formed along an inner circumferencial surface molded to pipe-shaped sheath.
