PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of satisfying various properties needed by a photoreceptor if necessary and having high performance and a long service life by forming a bipolar electric charge transferring layer excellent in hole and electron transferring ability, mechanical strength, resistance to products by electric discharge, the stability of a coating dispersion fluid, etc., as one of photosensitive layers and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device each utilizing the photoreceptor. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor with at least a bipolar electric charge transferring layer having hole and electron transferring ability as one of photosensitive layers, the electric charge transferring layer contains a block or graft copolymer.
