PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce network traffic of data transmission, and further easily transmit data in response to only an instruction from a client machine. SOLUTION: A WWW server part 12 is arranged in a network facsimile machine, and a multi-address transmission instruction image of a structured document is prepared, and presented in a home page format to a client 202, and the image data are multi-address transmitted from the WWW server part 12, based on data inputted to the multi-address transmission instruction screen.
