PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system and a method for simulation program execution which enables a user to reduce operations for generating input data for simulation. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a GUI 20 which receives input data consisting of information on one of electric circuit data and circuit parameters from a user 10, executes a simulation program by using the input data, and outputs the execution result of the simulation program, a database 30 which receives and outputs input data outputted from the GUI 20 and receives and outputs the execution result of the simulation program executed by a computer 50, and a simulation preprocessing part 40 which receives the input data outputted from the GUI 20 and outputs the execution data of the simulation program to the computer 50.
