Piperidine-4-sulphonamide compounds of formula (I), the process for their preparation and their use in treating endothelial disorders is disclosed. Such endothelial disorders include atherosclerotic lesions, vascular complications following vascular bypass, vascular dilation, vascular repermeabilisation, heart transplant, myocardial disorders, peripheral ischaemia, cardiac insufficiency and pulmonary arterial hypertension.
