Rotary lobe positive displacement pump for the transport of dense fluids, medium and highly viscous fluids according to this invention are possible due to maximally hygienic conditions during the transport of dense and viscous media, while cleaning and washing of pump space has been secured without the diasassembly of rotor. Two subassemblies of completely equipped units of the rotary lobe, each consisting of one rotary lobe (10), or (11), where, on both sides, distant bushings (26), there are two opposingly placed taper roller bearings (25) inserted in one slide rest (28), adjaceted easily into two mutually parallel openings of the housing (1) of synchronizer. On one end of every arbor, firmly connected by a cotter (36), a rotor is fastened. By tightening, on the carrier (28) of a bearing, three bolts (16) with cylindrical heads and counterfastening of three bolts (30), with six- angled opening, every unit of an arbor is mutually independently moved reciprocatingly and is adjusted to a wall of the housing of a synchronizer. At the same time, the wanted individual axial clearance are regulated between the rotors (13) and rotor housing (3), and according to need, a dismounting of rotor is possible. |
