PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive data distributed from a proper part at the time of rereception after reception interruption, to not request music in a memory, and to download music after securing free capacity in the memory as to a system which receives the requested music from an audio distribution center and downloads the music to the memory while reproducing it. SOLUTION: The request music from the audio distribution center 1 is reproduced by an audio reproduction part 15 and listened to, and also downloaded to the memory 31. When a reception state detection part 22 detects the reception being interrupted halfway in, for example, a tunnel and enabled thereafter, a reception restarting request selection part 24 makes a request to transmit the music from the data at the point of time of the reception interruption when the reception interruption time is shorter than a specific time or from the head of the music when longer, or data of other music. The request is made after the downloading quantity is predicted and unnecessary data in the memory 31 are erased. |
