PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform positioning between pieces of data to construct a space from distance data and image data when persons who are not at the same position perform communication as if they share the same space. SOLUTION: The distance to an object is measured by a measuring means 21 and distance data S21 of a polar coordinate system is calculated. Furthermore, the object is photographed by a photographing means 23 and image data S23 of a plane coordinate system is calculated. A block creating means 22 creates a rectangular distance block S22 with prescribed size by projecting the distance data S21 on a tangent plane. A positioning means 24 performs the positioning by collating the rectangular distance block 22 with the image data S23 while moving the image data S23 with the rectangular distance block 22 as a reference. A structure information extracting means 25 extracts structure information for constructing shared space based on the positioned distance data and the image data S23 and three-dimensionally displays it on a display device 10-1.
