PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need to arrange an operation instructor to a customer operation terminal by instructing the operation of the customer operation terminal more accurately. SOLUTION: This remote operation support system for the customer operation terminal comprises the operation customer terminal 11a equipped with operation buttons that a customer operates and a display device which guides the transaction operation of the customer, a host device 13 which is connected to the customer operation terminal and provides the service corresponding to the customer operation through the customer operation terminal, and a remote operation support terminal 12 and supports the transaction operation on the customer operation terminal by operating the remote operation support terminal. The customer operation terminal is equipped with a video and voice input device 106 and the remote operation support terminal is equipped with a display device 202 which displays video and voice input from the customer operation terminal and an input device 201 which inputs information for supporting the transaction operation on the customer operation terminal; and the input device 201 is operated to display the information for supporting the transaction operation on the customer operation terminal on the customer operation terminal 11a. |
