PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the reading frequency of an advertisement appearing on a WEB page by permitting a member to click the advertisement or to request data to a sponsor to obtain points. SOLUTION: The member clicks the advertisement which appears on the WEB page or in an E-mail transmitted from a management organization body and the organization body gives the points to the member. Then the member is made to have interest in the advertisement on the WEB page and its effect is improved. The member requests data from a data request page by clicking the advertisement by the intention of the sponsor and a number of the member for requesting data is increased by giving the points to the member in this case. The points are managed by the management organization body and a system for giving an incentive(a bonus or a premium, etc.), in accordance with the points collected by the member is provided. |
