PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of printing cream solder which can transfer the cream solder filled in the opening of a mask for screen printing to a land without fail, and a mask for preheating. SOLUTION: The land printed and wired on a printed wiring board 13 is preheated to a temperature (30-50 deg.C) which improves the slip out of cream solder from the opening of a mask 16 for screen printing by means of a preheater 15, then the mask 16 for screen printing is laid on the printed wiring board 13, and screen printing is performed with a squeezee 19. Moreover, as a mask for preheating, the one where the same opening as the opening of the mask for screen printing is made, the one where only the opening corresponding to the opening bad in cream slip property in the mask for screen printing is made, or the like is used. |
