PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by implementing an easy analysis of an error in an automatic device and shortening a trouble-shouting time for recovering the device, so that operability is enhanced owing to shortend stop time of the device. SOLUTION: Errors are displayed in plural hierarchies so that the error information of an independently generated error can be displayed in an area in the first hierarchy, and that the error information of an error generated due to the preceding error can be displayed in an area in the second hierarchy or below.
