<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an auction transaction having real time property in almost the same manner as a real auction by utilizing the Internet. SOLUTION: Bid prices by a participant are inputted through the computers of the participants (1), the bid prices are accumulated and results are notified the respective computers (2), accumulation results are confirmed by a sponsor, an assessor and the participants (3), if there is bid price presentation that surpasses a preliminarily set desired price of the assessor, processing from the (1) is further repeated and continues until participants presenting a bid price becomes one participant, and the participant is defined as a successful bidder. If there is no bid price presentation that surpasses the desired price and the presentation of the (1) is already performed prescribed times, the transaction is decided to be unestablished, and if the presentation of the (1) is not performed prescribed times yet even though the bid price presentation surpassing the desired price does not exist, the processing from the (1) is further repeated.</p> |
