PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant voltage and constant current outputting operation display device for independently performing the detection of a constant voltage and constant current operating state and the output of a constant voltage and constant current state signal. SOLUTION: Switches S1 and S4 are turned on when a constant voltage and constant current DC power source device 5 is in a non-control state, and the inversion input terminals of error amplifiers A1 and A2 to non-inversion input terminals of which the output voltage VFB of a power source device 5 and voltage CFB obtained by converting output currents are separately applied are pulled down to below 0 V. The switches S1 and S4 are turned off when the constant voltage and constant current DC power source device 5 is in a constant voltage and constant current control state, and reference voltages Rref and Cref are respectively applied to the inversion input terminals of the error amplifiers A1 and A2. Then, a state signal indicating a constant voltage operating state is outputted by a photo-coupler PC1 to one terminal and other terminal of which the output voltages of the error amplifiers A1 and A2 are respectively applied and which is driven by the output voltage of the error amplifier A1, and a state signal indicating a constant current operating state is outputted by a photo-coupler PC2 to one terminal and other terminal of which the output voltages of the error amplifiers A1 and A2 are respectively applied, and which is driven by the output voltage of the error amplifier A2.
