PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize countermeasure against EMI, improvement of reliability in panel peripheral circuit and simplification of configuration. SOLUTION: In a display device which has a circuit board 3 disposed to the backside of a metallic frame 6 covering an outer peripheral part of a display panel 2 and contacts a pattern 5 for ground formed in the circuit board 3 to the metallic frame 6, a recess 7 is formed in the metallic frame 6 to use the recess 7 for contact to the pattern 5 for ground.
