PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky adhesive label to be stuck as display to glass bottles, plastic bottles like polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles and containers like returnable containers and as decoration to transparent adherends, such as glass and plastic. SOLUTION: The tacky adhesive label provided with a tacky adhesive layer on one surface of a base material is characterized in that the base material is a film, the tacky adhesive layer is dispersible or soluble in alkaline hot water and/or hot water and at least a portion of the tacky adhesive layer is provided with printing layers consisting of discontinuous 30 to 320 lines of printing patterns to degrade the tacky adhesiveness of the tacky adhesive layer.
