MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM GIVING PRIORITY TO HANDOVER CONNECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system which reduces and shortens the probability and time of disconnection of communication when a terminal makes a hand-over. SOLUTION: Terminals are divided by groups, a base station has a function of limiting the number of terminals which can be connected, and the number of groups of hand-over terminals which can be connected is made larger than the number of groups of new startup terminals; and a terminal notifies the base station of the group that the terminal itself belongs to at the start of connection and the base station accepts only requests from the terminals in the connectable group.
