The carrier is a pseudoplastic body having viscosity from 5 to 20 cP, ensuring transnasal system effect. It is well tolerated by the organism and is iso-osmotic. It contains, in % wt. vol.: polymer from 0.25 to 15, hydrophilic auxiliary substance from 2 to 10, stabilizers - antioxidants 0.1-0.2 and preservatives 0.002-0.020, isotonic buffer with pH 7.4, prepared with demineralized water, up to 100. The medicamentous forms comprise the carrier and at least one medicament in therapeutically effective quantity, selected from the following groups: antiemetics, hormones, antiviral, non-steroid, antiflogistic, immunostimulating, antiallergic substances and others. 5 claims
