PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed heat developable photosensitive material having small dependency of the lime width of letters on light exposure and capable of giving good image quality in high-speed heat development. SOLUTION: In the high-speed heat developable photosensitive material with an image forming layer containing a non-photosensitive silver salt, photosensitive silver halide, a nucleus forming agent and a binder on at least one face of the base, the image forming layer contains solid fine particles of one or more water-insoluble organic compounds and the average particle diameter of the solid fine particles of each of the water-insoluble organic compounds is <0.05μm.
