PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sort circuit that sorts binary input signals with higher and lower levels. SOLUTION: The sort circuit is provided with a higher level signal selection section 31 that compares two binary input signals that are at a higher level and a lower level, selects the signal that has the higher level and outputs the selected signal to a 1st output terminal, and with a lower level signal selection section 32 that compares the two binary input signals that are at a higher level and a lower level, selects the signal that has the lower level and outputs the selected signal to a 2nd output terminal.
